Pricing

● LP gas prices may increase or decrease in line with fuel price changes on the first Wednesday of each month.

● Lowveld LP Gas will notify clients in advance of any price increases or decreases.

Cylinder Exchange & Deposits

● Clients must specify at the time of ordering whether an empty cylinder is available for exchange upon delivery.

● If no empty cylinder is available, a cylinder deposit will be payable.

● Once a deposit has been paid, clients may exchange the empty cylinder for a refill on future orders.

Delivery Days & Times

● Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 (excluding public holidays)

● Saturday: 08:00 – 11:00

After-Hours Assistance

● The delivery times listed above are our official office hours.

● If gas is required after hours, customers are still assisted whenever possible.

● Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
